Day 1 Arrival in Barpeta
Soon after your arrival at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi Airport or Railway Station, the Swan tours representative will greet you and further welcome you on a transfer to the Manas National Park via Barpeta. On reaching Barpeta, you will come across beautiful sightseeing places like Satras (monasteries), temples, mosques, shrines, rivers and the Gateway to Manas National Park. Barpeta is very popular for the traditional and cultural arts and crafts along with the gold and ivory ornaments and carvings. Check-in the resort or hotel and stay overnight after having a hearty dinner!
Day 2 Tour to the Manas National park-tour
Wake up to the early morning breakfast and start with your tour to the most-sought Manas National Park that has a plethora of popular species like, One Horned Rhinoceros, Asian Elephant, Royal Bengal Tiger, Pygmy Hog, Hispid hare, Golden Langur, Bengal Florican, Gaur, Assam Roofed Turtle, and Rat Snake. Leopard, Clouded Leopard, Himalayan Bear, Wild Boar, Sambar, Swamp Deer, Hog Deer, nomadic birds like Riverchats (White Capped Redstar’s) Forktails, Cormorants and Ruddy Shelduck in the winter season. take a pleasant elephant safari in the Bansbari range of the place followed by an interesting river rafting on the Manas River that is quite adjacent to the park. Day 3 Safari in Manas National Park
In the wake of the morning breakfast, you will get ready to spend the whole day enjoying safaris like Jeep safari covering many excellent locations like Bansbari, Kokilabari and Mothanguri arrays of the National Park. Wind up the day by getting back to the hotel followed by an overnight stay!
Day 4 Depature from Manas
